The distillery also produces prickly pear vodka, gin, whiskey and rum. Grand Canyon Distillery is one of 26 distilleries in Arizona. Its head distiller is Kris Bohm who came to Williams from Still Austin Whiskey Company in Austin, Texas, where he served as head distiller.
